TROUBLE SHOOTING

  • Loopers can shift during shipping: Prior to installing make sure all the loopers are in front of the “T-Bar” not wrapped around the T-Bar. This will allow for easy threading and removal process.
  • Looper is still stuck? You have too much hair you're trying to put through the bead = get less or else the bead will pop off!

BEAD RE-TIGHTEN. REFILL. REMOVAL

Silicone Lined Beads:  Locks your hair to track (Silicone-lined protection)BUT they are made to break after you open and close a few times so they don't get stuck in your hair permanently! You need to replace the Beads every 4-8 weeks depending on how often you open/close them.  Once you see paint chipping off or beads not closing tightly... its time to replace.

RETIGHTEN:  Loosen beads with pliers & slide up to scalp, Crimp to re-lock.
REMOVAL:     Loosen beads with pliers and slide hair out.
REFILL:           Remove entire row from scalp. Use pliers to make “T-Bar” vertical allowing you to slip old bead off and new bead on. Repeat and slide looper up through the new bead. Refill kits are available online and need every 4-8 weeks as beads weaken over time.

**RECOMMENDATION**Buy your Bead ReFill Kit with your first order since you need to replace beads within 4-6 weeks.

CARE & MAINTENENCE

FYI:                   Extensions are naturally wavy when wet. Professionally dye if needed, but don’t bleach. Trim split ends every 8-10 weeks.

SLEEPING:      For comfort- gather hair in HIGH ponytail/loose Bun so all the tracks are folded upwards.

WASHING:      Prior to washing, gently comb out tangles starting from the ends of the hair working your way to the top. Use lukewarm water and salon quality sulfate-free shampoo.  Do NO scrub or bunch up the hair while lathering, Rinse out. Apply salon quality sulfate-free conditioner to the tips of the hair. Gently comb out all tangles and completely rinse out. Pat hair dry and apply Leave-In Conditioner. Not recommended to Wash More then 1x a week- they will dry out faster.

1/2 WASH:   Mid Week you can wash the top part of your natural hair in the sink. Gather all hair from the main track down in Ponytail & do not wash.

STYLING:      If you want to make your extensions last use the following when you use a heated appliance on your hair:  Lower Heat Setting, Heat Protectant, Hair Oil Treatment.
